Rafa could be a dark horse. Free agent so no compo. Excellent record in CL - may look a good proposition in Levys eyes.... He may not be liked by opposition fans but I reckon he could get Spurs into the CL and get you a good run....
There are far worse options. I'd be initially happy with Capello. Great club pedigree
He'd certainly attract big names, can't see it happening though.
