Is this for real ?

I'd heard about some fans who managed to get onto the running track but I didn't see any fans invade the pitch unless it happened off camera.

If they're going to punish the FA for a few fans being on the running track then that certainly is a joke.

racist chanting, bananas on the pitch and running battles on the street, and UEFA waste time on this !

This is just an act of insecurity with UEFA. They know they would have had fingers pointed at them left, right and centre for holding the Euros in Poland and Ukraine, with all the obvious negativity. By acting on even the smallest of incidents it will allow them to look like they were tough and disciplined throughout the whole fiasco, and showing they made the right decision for holding the Euros there.

Absolutely pathetic, fining FAs for fans throwing paper missiles!!!!

Just a huge money making exercise without having the balls to tackle real problems.

Does anyone have respect for Uefa/Fifa?

I think countries should start ditching it myself

What crap. Did anyone see this? It was so funny. Our boys just jumped and some fell over the barrier celebrating Danny's goal. No monkey chanting, beating-up stewards or no paper been thrown, just harmless fun. UEFA are nobs for acting and being .... Nobs!

they have no sense of proportionality at all

Its just their way of getting England back for criticising the choice of hosts over the past few months.

Did anything happen to the FA's of those who have been throwing flairs onto the pitch? I know Croatia have been brought up about racism but heard nothing of the missiles being thrown onto the pitch.

there have been events in nearly every match which are as bad as what england fans did, and some considerably worse ones too.

Throwing bananas and making monkey chant at black players, fights between opposition fans on the streets, beating up the match stewards......... But hold the press some English fans were on the running track by the pitch!!!!!

Maybe UEFA should get there priorities right.

City got a bigger fine for being 120 seconds late for the second half of a Europa league game than Porto got for racist chanting at mario an yaya.

That tells you all you need to know about priorities.

Are UEFA really that desperate to charge England with something!?
