Unless they become void?

Why would they become void? Second place team put in their time and effort to play good honest football.

SpecialOne- United win a League Cup.

If Rangers are deemed to have lost all games that were played using ineligible players, it does not necessarily follow that the runners up, win. ALL results would have to be re-worked that involved Rangers. This may give some teams who originally lost more points than others who originally beat Rangers anyway.

And for cup comps, it is a complete nightmare, as you are looking at voiding it (semi finalists who lost to Rangers for example would be looking to be compensated).

And then you get to European games & all the money involved.

And then Internationals, and the co-eff points, tournament draw, penalties for national associations selecting players incorrectly registered with their club's parent association.

Complete nightmare.

Henrik, there is light at teh end of the tunnel at last

I don't want us to take these titles either.

But you can't say we didn't earn them, if we would have won them had Rangers not cheated?

Henrik - difficult.

No one can say for certainty that if EBTs (which have still not been decided right or wrong yet) were not used, that Rangers may still not have won the honours they did.

You cannot say they would not have, I cannot say they would have.

However, the doubt exists. I could understand if they voided the titles rather than awarded them to Celtic.

Howver you have to consider other clubs and the punishments they received when they played unregistered or incorrectly registered players. The SFA have come down hard on them and expelled them from competitions
