Actually, the life expectancy of a new stadia is vitally important. It will effect the decison making process significantly and will also be food for thought in terms of any future developments and growth plans.
Consider yourself ripped
The colliseum has been around for a while. Wembley lasted 75 years unaltered and thats with 1920s building methods. The way they build them now I would think they could easily last a century.
Has anyone got a needle and some catgut?

This is not an office block. This is a football stadium which will have to be flexible given the fact that the resources themselves will be affected by the success of the product, or in this case, the football club.
Of course these things will be discussed.

Yesterday, I attended my very first baseball game, LA Dodgers against the San Deigo Padres. The ManC team were there. Having seen at first sight what the Americans do for their fans, their supporters, and with John H in charge, I for one can't wait to see where we end up, probably at a new stadium. Whatever the outcome, its a dot on the card that LFC fan will be even more attracted to go and see the team play than ever before. Yes, it will cost more £, but the whole atmosphere will be different, and better. These guys know what makes people happy, and not just with whats happening on the field. YNWA JimmyTheRed
