Must have been over 2000 plus points awarded last night for the England reaching quarters prediction, but it was such a popular choice the ranking changes weren't that big.

Why has so many people got so many points all of a sudden? I highly doubt all of them predicted that Italy would go through on penalties. Far too many points awarded here. Something isn't right here.

Don't you worry. I will. People got points after the Group stages for correctly predicting that England would get to the QFs so I don't know why they are getting points for it again.

That is HampsteadGunner's original thread which you obviously predicted on.

People got pointa after the Group Stage for the winners of the 4 groups. The England exit is a separate prediction, as you will see from the original thread.

HG set the points, and I am only running the QF and SF predictions because I have put together a spreadsheet which does quick and accurate score updates.

Hope this clarifies the confusion!!

nobody got points after the group stage for predicting england would get knocked out in the QF,
what if england got to the semi finals or final as some have predicted,so QF exit was by far the biggest choice,25 points
some got 5 or 8 for the draw or at full time so 33 points available if england go out

Okay, I can see now why people got these points. Still thinks it's a little much but I digress on the matter. Hopefully I can still get that mid-table finish that I dearly want. My predictions for the two SFs are:

Germany 2-1 Italy

110 I must have gotten my points for saying England would be knocked out in the quarters.
