2. Rangers deliberately withheld NI and PAYE from their staffs wages to finance the club. They new this was and is illegal. This is most certainly cheating as it is a deliberate act to deceive the tax authorities.

3. EBT's are not actually illegal. the problem is not that Rangers used them, it is how they used them. Basically as a mechanism to pay higher wages to contracted players and avoid tax. Basically having dual contracts. That is illegal.

No we made a mistake in using an EBT once, paid all the money back in full and never used it again.

As it stands only one club in Scotland used EBTs in an inappropriate way.

We never cheated. We didn't use EBT's as a form of dual contracts. It'll come out soon enough that Rangers did indeed do exactly that.
