young should of been played on the right
Johsnon would have been wofully exposed if Milner hadn't played on the right, walcott, johnson, sturridge don't track back and don't work that hard to help out their full backs ,Milner did a good job in the championships
Anyone else find it strange that we are playing a defender that can attack, but is lacking in defence... and a winger than can track back, but is lacking in attack?
Playing young at all was the wrong decision!
Both were awfull.
To be fair, Young had to be in that team. Had a good season and his recent England record is very good. He couldn't justify leaving him out.
If Milner was going to play, I would have rather see him in a midfield 3 against Italy with Walcott on the right for a bit more attacking threat
