Anyone know how Babel has been getting on? Did he play much last season?
He played 31 games, had 60 odd shots and scored 4 goals, with one assist. Seems about right, he's carried on his Liverpool form.

obviously you don't rate Babel,
but i would rather he was in the team than quite few we do currently.
at least he makes the effort, which is more can be said for a few we have in the squad, sadly, who look like they only play for their wages.
there is a few, me included, that would like Sturridge in the squad, but isn't he just as selfish as Babel?, with the right manager or coaches that can surely be sorted?

As selfish, maybe. However he actually plays well.
Babel was absolutely crap. Said it for years, some players come good and some don't but I never doubted for a second that he would stay crap.

i have seen plenty of comments on here of youth players who people think will make it who i don't, but like i said we all see things differently.
just because an opinion isn't the same as yours doesn't mean it's any less right or wrong
We need to think twice before signing a player with the name Traore.
Jimmy won us the Champions league, we need a team full of Traore's!!
