Hi NITB and all real tennis fans, let us celebrate the beauty of tennis Czech made by Lukas Rosol. What a wonderful gift for my tomorrow name day

Stop asking me about Tenez

Anway, here's a tweet from Wimbers:
"
There will be a debate now over whether this is the biggest upset in Wimbledon history. If we're talking men only, it definitely beats Sampras-Bastl for me (Samp was on the wane). But Karlovic-Hewitt and Doohan-Becker? Not so sure...

Lukas Rosol is playing Wimbledon for the first time. He's the world No.100. He lost 6-0, 6-0, 6-2 to Philipp Petzschner in the first round of the Australian Open in January. He didn't even qualify for Eastbourne last week. THIS IS RIDICULOUS."

NITB!!!! When I saw that Lukas is winnig 2:1 then I was thinking that he can do it. The break after fourth set definitely helped him. He is a bit wildish player, but definitely one who has the game to beat Nadull. Quite happy for him and for tennis That was Czech made!

Lukas already beat Tomas Berdych, so I knew if he has his day, then he could do it. He is a powerful player and when he gets in the game rhytm then it is hard to catch his strokes. That is a wonderful night!

It really is!
He was amazing to watch, the sheer determination and focus, he was completely inspired, was not going to roll over and take Nadal's antics!

nitb, did you see th whole match? Nadal's gamesmanship was quite evident when he was about to lose the 2nd set. Nadal started to complain to umpire regarding Lukas's returning stance. He also forced Lokas to serve again because he was not ready. Lukas hit an unreturnable serve and it was called out, Nadal did not give the point to Lucas but made him serve again.
In his ugly brand of tennis, only thing missing today was an injury card or MTO. i was quite surprised to not to see that.

He was probably going to keep it for later rounds

I will still open a bottle of wine. That win will help Lukas very much. If he holds his focus then he can get somewhere about 30th place on ATP. I can not watch Nadull playing tennis, so I only looked at the online result from time to time. Splendid!

I do really say that this win really help the tennis. Nadull must stop with his court masquerade, besides his epileptic bull game. He and his uncle just do everything for a win. The organizers must promote sportmanship and not be focused only on sponsor money. Just a bit to speed up the court would be a cure.

I couldn't agree more, Paul.
I have had enough of Nadal loooooooooooooooooong time ago

Well, if he doesn't make it to the final this year....there's always the next one

I can't decide who's happier about this Fed or Murray?
I would really be happy for Murray to make it to the final.

I'll tell youwhy Rosol beat Nadal, for the same reason Nole bets him: he does not fear him!
Rossy is Nole's brother from another mother :

"Czech Lukas Rosol, who stunned two-time champion Rafael Nadal at Wimbledon, is unsure why the Spaniard bumped into him during a changeover early in the third set of his five-set victory. Nadal wouldn't speak to the issue, but it appeared he was upset that Rosol was bouncing up and down while he was serving.

"I was surprised that he can do it on the Centre Court Wimbledon," Rosol said. "It's like something wrong. But I didn't expect it also. Was his choice. He did it. ... I just stop. I thought that he wants to let me go first, but then he start to walk fast. I stop because I don't want to hit me. He hit me, and then three times he apologize. And I say, Okay, okay, okay. It was okay."
