Powell is going on the pre season tour, both very raw players but I think Powell will be given a chance in the first team next season and if he isn't ready a loan move will be on the cards. Same with Petrucci.

Petrucci has looked wasteful in the time I have seen him, which admittedly is only 3 or 4 reserve games.
Petrucci hasn't been given a new contract and it is up this summer. Very soon I think. I think it's because he is very injury prone.
Petrucci is class. Of all the midfield youngsters, he is the one who I have always thought would break through. Shame he broke his leg and was out for a season and half... I think we'd have seen him in the 1st team by now, were it not for that.
No idea about Powell.... Saw him once over 90 mins, was impressive, but most players are when they come to Vale Park.
Petrucci is like Nani in consistancy. He is obviously very talented, and he likes to show it. He reminds me of Silva in the way he slips through through balls. He was brilliant in the last 10 games in the reserves, outshone Pogba IMO, and against City in the cup.
If all United youngsters are class, then which one of them is pants?

It was a genuine question mate. Reason why I asked is because of the amount of United fans that rated Pogba and Morrison. Now that hype has died down, it's all about Petrucci.
Who said Petrucci is wasteful? He only returned in January after being out for over a year. He finished the season well and I think he would have already had a loan move if he didn't get injured.
As far as I know he's agreed a new 3 year deal and I expect him to go on tour.

Me, but as I said, I have seen him 3 or 4 times for a full 90 minutes. Hasn't impressed me, though he seems to have a god eye for a pass.

Morrison still has the ability to be a very good player, it's down to his attitude. Pogba will be a good player, he isn't even 20 yet.

At reserve level, you would expect UTD to have a squad full of class, no?
Doesn't mean they will make it... Matty Jones and Richie de Leat have been shipped off. Can't see Reese Brown stepping up.. to give one example.
