He saved an arguably more talented side than made two playoffs from relegation. It's disrespectful to him to want to do what's best for the club we love. He was obviously the right man for the job from day one. We all wanted him.

Get the olympics out of the way and give Psycho some money to get the job done, he's been out of proper management too long and this could be the project that elevates him from a manager with potential to a manager with credentials.

He'll have learned loads since his caretaker days with us, he promotes youth which is fundemental to long term success of any club, and importantly he loves the club and the fans will be more patient while things take shape

Wouldn't be against that... Plus he knows all the young talent in England and with cash available we might pick up a bargin Prem youngster

I would add that there has never been a single manager linked with another job who has come straight out and said "oooh yes, I'd fancy that job more than this one".
