I agree on the not funny thing, the usual Derby suspect has been on the case since we was first linked and it's disappointing that some others have joined in. Leave these sort of comments to the ignorant idiots (even if made in total jest)

To be honest, most of these camel and tea towel jokes have been coming from us Forest fans.

ChicagoSammo has unfortunately hit the nail on the head here. Some of the comments have been a little thoughtless and far too close to the knuckle.
Excited about developments, but a little humility and thought required in places.

Basic humour for basic, uneducated, ignorant idiots.

Yes, I cross them regularly for comedic purposes just like most comedians do on national tv. Don't take it so seriously. Chill out.

I'd say Sheik Dat-Ass, is perfectly fine.

A Sheik is normally defined as a leader of a family/commumity, which is accurate.

Dat-Ass is a play on English, as you know, so if anything it's a recognition of two cultures coming together - with joy.

In no way was derogity to their culture or dress sense...

There's a difference.

Anyway, I've got better things to do with my time...laters

So have I and I for one hope we make the most of our new owners.

Being a slaphead I'd be more than happy to wear the head gear with our logo on it.

Now I also have better things to do with my fat body and short legs

Every country has its sterotypes, I wouldn't view it as racism as it is usually in good humour without any real malice.

I mean, if we were stereotyping the Americans, French, Germans, Scottish etc, nobody would blink an eyelid. But as soon as someone sterotypes an Asian, Middle Eastern or African country... Suddenly it's racist?

Get out here with your posh, stuck up, tea drinking, crumpet eating selves!
