Most fans are hypocrits, get over it.

A bit like some of your mob now lauding Torres.

12 months ago who would most sane people want in charge of their team- Villas Boas or Di Matteo?
I know which I'd prefer, then and now.

Do you find it as ironic as rain on your wedding day?

I think everyone eas laughing at the diminishing fate of a rival more than AVB, especially after the modric saga. If you were around before AVB was appointed many spurs fans were lining him up as a Harry replacement and not much has changed in 1 year, infact his difficulties at Chelsea should help to make him a better manager.

IF i remember correctly your chairman wanted him to build a young team and said its a 3 year project. As soon as he made decisions to drop senior players there was uproar and he was sacked.DI mateo will be gone by Febuary if results go against him.

I agree with what the op has wrote, we all loved the way Chelsea were playing under him, we did say what a shiet manager he was for them so lets get realistic.

It can go two ways for us

1 - fantastic he gets the team he wants and plays his high line defence with fast attacking play.

2 - same way Chelsea went.

I'm hoping for the first one but half expecting the second

That's a lie the reason we we're doing badly in the new year was because he wouldn't drop the old guard and then he decided the best idea would be to make a stand in the champions league game against napoli

Victor, in a very bad way, that was actually the joke I was attempting to make.

It's not at all ironic.

But...I'm not a very funny person, so it didn't really work. How ironic.

It's like winning the lottery, and dying the next day.

Ironically, what's ironic is that the OP can't see the irony in what he's saying

RDM - or whatever they call him now - has feck all in the way of track record, he's a caretaker manager that got lucky with a team that runs itself.

It's a black fly in your Chardonnay."
The irony here is that nothing remotely ironic about this line. In perhaps her one sweet moment of genius, Alanis has shown us the of irony by giving an example of it that isn't ironic at all!  Get it? It's a deliberate contrast between apparent and intended meaning: the textbook definition of irony!

What's your name again?
I can't be bothered to scroll back up...
It's also ironic that you failed to notice the irony in your own article...oh! I see what you did there, it was intentional...
Now, am I being ironic or is the irony in that you think I'm being ironic or care about your reply at all because I'm asking questions?
Wait, sorry what's your name again?
