my answer on SBD's thread
That's got quite a good ring to it, the New Forest, but i say just keep it simple and call it the New City Ground
Webbo - SBDs thread is called ...
Takeover Deal is done(supposedly)!!!
I wanted to start a thread just about the stadium name.
Simples.
But thanks for that. I bet you're a great laugh to go out for a beer with.... Or should that be a tonic water, with half a teist of lemon in it. Watch out everyone stop having a laugh. The fun police are here.
Nottingham is known for two things:
Lace
Robin Hood
Choose something to do with the most obvious that identifies the stadium with Nottingham.
Does that make it easier?

I'm sure i read somewhere that Kuwait literally means "Fortress by the water", but we'll more than likely move away from the trent, so thats a shame. However it'll go to naming rights anyway.
The slaughterhouse!!!! Classic
I'm sure the new owners will be in touch sheriff, you've got to be on any consultation commitee!
Why he didn't suggest it left ball, Ron did, you're looking like a plank again, tut tut.
Eeegor.
1st point: acknowledging the great name suggested by Ron.
2nd point: sayin that they're gonna be in touch with The sheriff of Nottingham about naming the stadium.
2 separate points in the same post. Who knew. .... So back at ya tool.

Get stuck in my friend! It's what these sites are about - having a laugh & (in your case .... Trying to) take the michael!
A suggestion though if I may, if you are taking the p!ss or trying to make a funny. I'd try to be a little more overt about it. As at the min, I keep mistakingly thinking your just stoooopid
