Having read that article admin.. it seems IBM are looking for innovation without the inconvenience of paying someone for it

Essentially hoping someone will come up with something and they can latch onto it for free. Crafty but I suppose it gives them access to the entire world (those that have the Internet) instead of just a couple of hundred employees.

Many many years ago Admin2 and I coded an early version of something very close to chat roulette(valued at $30m), way before it, but couldn't think of a use for it and stuck it on a memory stick. So we aren't much in the way of innovators.
