No man I eat homemade clear soup with a wholegrain roll. Its pretty healthy and a great source of energy before runs. I hate scrambled eggs boak. I cant be ersed raosting a chicken after work either

Chorizo pasta leftovers from last nights binge.
Thats extreme dieting your talking about. I want a diet I can maintain. If I starve my self of carbs then I will end up going on a binge and ruining my diet. Small amount each day as part of a healthy lifestyle
only food you need to cut on a diet is butter
everything else is manageable
maybe white bread
aslong as you train, I just canny be bothered training
