Everyone is going bat$hit about this on Spurs Community but to be honest that's one guy being fed information by another but we have no idea about the credibility of it all. We've all heard people down the pub saying stuff like "i've heard he's off" or "turns out she had a diçk" but for all we know it's just some attention seeking twonk hell-bent on trying to look the big i am. I don't believe a word of it. The world's press are saying that Madrid have agreed terms, we all heard Modric after Croatia went out of the Euros state that he wants to leave (or words to that effect) so i'm not gonna go getting a hardon over some fella called Keith who has 'fingers in pies'. Load of rubbish. Save yourself the heartache, don't go believing he'll stay when he's clearly off.

I think it was well worth putting up mate. I was cautiously optimistic when i first heard it in the hope that the buzz going round about the new investment would trigger larger wage brackets and therefore more committed players but having thought about it, i just can't bring myself to believe it's true. I know it's SSN and it does appear genuine but i'd got to a point where i was accepting of losing Luka. I don't want to get my hopes up over something as thin as this.

You should see it over at SC though, they've pretty much declared that he's now staying. Crazy! They believe in good news no matter where it comes from but give then a shred of bad news, that's just bad info.

saw that on spurs community aswell, let's be honest though....we all know Modric is as good as gone so let's just prepare life without him, he's not a spurs player anymore in my eyes. I'm that convinced he has gone.

I think AVB could persuade Modric to stay, he was the one who wanted hom at Chelsea, so he has big plans for him.

According to the people on SC, this Keith bloke is a Sky Sports senior editor (something along those lines) and the guy he's talking to is a Sky Sports presenter and Spurs fan
