Probably Neymar. But Hazard will still set the Premier League alight.
Dunno, both got so much potential. Remains to be seen how Hazard will perform in the PL so will judge him in due time, Neymars good but i stil think his slightly over rated, he stands out because he is in the brazillian league, he was very poor vs barca when santos actually played a good team

Neymar for sure. He will win WPOTY in a few years I think, unbelievable player.
Neymar, but he really needs to try any European League, to compete with the best.
Neymar. However Hazards better suited for the PL.
In terms of skill, Neymar hands down, sublime with a ball. Whether that will translate to being a quality player, consistently on the big stage remains to be seen
Neymar. Best young player in the world.
Neymar has far greater potential
but Hazard is probably a safer bet atm for us
I love people on here. Because Neymar is Brazilian and hyped to the extreme he's better/greater potential.
Hazard easily. best young player in the world.
Neymar has better talent and potential but theyll both end up around the same imo
Hazard is far better than Neymar and will always be.
Neymar is on another level, best young player in terms of ability around.
Hazard I've no doubt will be huge for use though.
I'm quite outnumbered here.
Meh.

How though? His ability is being based on how good he is and he has been quality.... in the brazillian league, a league where the emphasis is on attack not defence and the defenders are absoulete cack.
The only time he came up against good opposition ( Barca ) he was rubbish !!! Neymar is nothing untill he proves himself, he has the potential but at the moment no way is he the best young player in the world

Ligue 1 isn't known for it's defensive assurance, and that's currently the only stage Hazard has performed on. At both International level and in the CL, he's been terribly underwhelming.
Just watched a video of his 2012 skills - it's undeniable that he's unbelievably skilful and fast, but every single defender puts the skill or the run on a plate for him. They sell themselves in the challenge and leave enormous amounts of space behind them to run into...
Only time will tell. Surely he'll be off to Madrid before too long?
Oh, and his hair is AWFUL!

It actually is. Compared to the other leagues it scores the fewest goals.
Premier League - 2.72
La Liga - 2.74
Bundesliga - 2.91
Serie A - 2.49
Ligue 1 - 2.30
Goals per game.
