also to add, every time smith has captained sa in england, england captains have resigned. Will this be the case now? And im hoping the weather doesnt play a spoilsport. Looking at the weather now, its always bloody raining.

I just looked on BBC and the figures, bar Steyn and Philander are pretty unflattering. Morkel and Kallis being the most surprising

Philander will get exposed as an average medium pacer.

I guess when i look back at sa, they were pretty average against aussies. Their batting will surely let sa down. bar amla ab, and smith, I think kallis and the rest will be exposed.

I am really hoping rain dont interfere the play. It will be such a shame if it does. though i do hope kallis does well.

"South Africa wicketkeeper Mark Boucher will undergo exploratory surgery in hospital after suffering a serious eye injury.

The 35-year-old was hit in the face by a bail flying off a stump during his side's tour match against Somerset at Taunton."

Hope he`s ok.

Hope it's nothing too serious. Just highlights the justified vigilince a lot of keepers exercise now by wearing the helmet close up to the stumps
