Morning tweeps early morning start today for me..Yesterday was a good session,and glad to be back and ready for the new season #preseason
AVB's its mainly the younger players that tweet the older lot dont tend to although VDV was blagging about his holiday yesterday

Second day of work...i train alone and try to make myself ready asap! BUT im DEAD ALREADY. Last nite was in bed about 10pm as a old MAN LOL
