So if the business itself has transferred across, why hasn't the debts been transferred too since everything else has?

To me, a lay person, it just looks like a simple takeover but you've given it a new name if all this is true?

=============

Not at all Ivan, its a standard Phoenix example.

Standard business practice.

Debts are tied to a cororate entity (the company) the history is attached to the economic entity (the business).

This can be seen in many cases in non-footballing life, such as Game the high street store and DTZ the large multi-national.

I did this on DTZ months ago :-

Pretty simple stuff.

obviously it came from duff and phelps,they effectivey owned the company and can sell what they want from

duff and phelps are the only people who can confirm what they sold and they have confirmed what they sold in a legally binding contract it's never been about what celtic fans think

anybody looking at the facts can see that it is quite clearly the same club,and now there is the cast iron proof

rfc 2012 will be liquidated in the coming weeks or months and the rangers football club will continue in the sfl using the clubs sfa membership

lot of people wrongly assumed newco stood for new club aswell,seriously talking to somebody who thought that is what newco meant
