No.
No guarantee that anyone outside of the PL were interested in him (still find it difficult to believe Madrid are asking) .
I'm sure you were offered more money last year than what's being touted this year
maybe this was to send a message out to chelsea, united and city then. Cant see him going to milan. Barca and madrid dont need him. maybe PSG and malaga both of them have money
Pride of the North
Maybe, maybe not. The money is irrelevant. The player only goes when Levy says so. We don`t have player power at Tottenham now.
I'm not entirely sure that he is going anywhere.
Of you read his comments he says something along the lines of "we understand that luka has ambitions, but he also understands that he's important to us and the player we need to move forward and were in discussions about out to
TBH, he isn't good enough for madrid, he isn't good enough for city, united don't have the money right now to spend what tottenham are asking for. he has no where to go.
Rev Ramsey
your forgetting about Chelsea
Sadly i think he will now end up at Chelsea as they will offer the most
do chelsea need him though? i don't think they do anymore. id have ramires over him, and unless you want him to play a DM, their is no where for him IMO.
they need him to replace fat frank
With Chelsea trying to buy him i think they are also tryiing to weaken a rival top 4 team ..

No way will Levy even contemplate him going to Chelsea. Levy knows he needs the fans on his side, and by selling Modric to Chelsea he would be committed the cardinal sin. Levy certainly is not that stupid.
Not sure if its fact, Modric made more passes in the opposition half than any other player last season
I think at his best he could play his role in any team and he showed that against Spain in the euros by being the best player on the pitch
i would rather have a playmaker that wants to play for the club and for AVB (Moutinho) then trying to keep hold of a player that has really not scored enough or created enough for us
pld 159 scored 17 assists 26 since 2008
we are
he may of made more passes but very few became assists.
Sandy
Im not so sure mate, if they offer 5 million more than anyone else it would be silly not to take the extra 5 million and put it to good use with players who wnat to stay
He is a defensive midfield player so starts attacts off
yes he could make more and i would like to see him play the VDV role as i think he would score and create more
weare, one season denilson had that, all that means is he plays 5 yard passes.

I have to disagree, by letting Modric go to Chelsea, you are strengthening a rival and weakening ourselves. It would be suicidal. Chelsea know we are one of their rivals now, we finished above them last season, so why would we go about strengthening them. Levy knows that as well. So Modric will be either going abroad or staying.
