Sorry Ossy but..... Oh his the king of stamford bridgeeeeeee Drogbaaaaaaaaaa Drogbaaaaaaaaaaaa Drogbaaaaaaaaa Drogbaaaaaaaaa oh his the king of stamford bridge and wemberley !!!!!!!.

We have had some exceptional players over the years and i could easily fill a page with them most notably osgood, harding, tambling, nevin, zola.
But i will go as far as to say Drogba is the best player we have ever had. He wasn't as consistent as some of the above mentioned but he is the ultimate big game player and leads by example and is one of the best strikers i've ever seen

The most successful forward ever to play in the prem.
Forget what Gooners,Mancs and the rest say he was the ultimate big game player. It has often been overlooked that he'd sacrifice his own reputation for the good of the team. Unlike Henry he stayed loyal to win the big one whereas the TH scarpered to Barca realising Arsenal could not win the Champions League.
His remarkable goals in cup finals and semi finals set records and the header and winning penalty in final game was the best and most fitting way for a true legend to bow out.
Thank you Didier. You will never be forgotten

You have a good team then you have Torres as a lucky charm in the bench a la Spain and Chelsea and it leads you to trophies....

Unfortunately for Liverpool their team revolved around Torres.

Never really thought of it that way before. I suppose Didier diving all over the place at certain times was unselfish - sacrificing his image for the good of results.
