I'd suggest if you are going to give people the option of choosing their own teams (and you had say 16 members) that you have a selection of more than 16 teams to pick from, so at least the last ones to choose have some form of choice
You may wonder why I give advice, well N21 is my oldest buddy on Ja606 and I want what ever he does to be a success in this league.

I like GMW's idea. I.was also thinking if we have to pick our teams give say 24 and we pick 12 ourselves.
