Does Mancini have to manage? He just throws the old one away if it doesn't fit and goes out and buys another!
Di Matteo did put on a show, parking the bus and beating Barca and Bayern, but is that realy good management or good football...but clever though and it worked.
SAF has the laurels to prove his worth..so number one with me.

You have to give Mancini credit, all the talk 18 months ago was about him trying to gel the team and that they won't win anything because of too many egos etc, etc.
Probably the highest pressure Job in the league with expectations so high.

To say Mancini has the highest pressure job in the league is absolute rubbish. He is one of the PL managers in a "comfort zone". I expect that if things aren't going well he will be given the funds to buy another new team.
The managers of the newly-promoted clubs will be under pressure to keep their clubs in the top flight. The same applies to the managers of the teams that just escaped relegation last season.
Those are the guys that have sleepless nights as that is where the real pressure lies. They have to tolerate the abuse of the fans who call for them to be sacked but then applaud them as heroes when they escape relegation on the the last day of the season.
Many football fans have the memory of a goldfish and the fidelity of a lady of the night.

exactly, do you think any manage would say no to £500m because of the pressure it would add

Mancini > Wenger tbh.

Ouch, bit harsh. No?

I was only stating my opinion. I really didn't expect a Spurs fan to attack me though.

I have not said that any manager wouldn't dream of a job with a nearly unlimited budget.
But surely you can see that Mancini was under great pressure to deliver, there was talk of the sack if they finished second.
Now I know he's very well rewarded as are a lot of managers and that if he did get the sack would walk into another job pretty much straight away.

Mancini just can't win. Whatever he does people will mention the money.

If he wins the World Cup and CL in the same season people will bring up the amount of money he used even though you can't spend in International level

Mancini > Wenger tbh.
-------------------------------

When Mancini can qualify for the CL while making a £25m profit every year and has gone a whole season unbeaten I might agree.

If Wenger is 3rd after going 7 years without a trophy then Moyes should be <fcking> first

Are you one of those fans who couldn't wait for Benitez to get sacked, then were begging him to return at the end of last season?
