Paying the money to Derby is like giving them a discount on White.

Varney went 18 games without a goal at Blackpool, if you thank that is 'doing well enough' you don't know much about football.

For 300k we could find a striker in L1 or L2 who would score more

Adam Le Fonde went to reading for 350k

Hopefully he can do the biz, let's give him a chance and see how the fella gets on.

A whopping total of 60 goals in 267 games half of which were in the lower leagues - brilliant signing!!

He played on the wing for a lot of those games. Did anybody see him destroy West Ham last season?

Which is why he is a replacement for Snoddy.

And not a good one at that.

Mate who played with him says he will probably play wide left says he will do ok, also says he thinks Pearce will be the best centre half in the championship.

As a striker - no

As a left winger - who else is there, wide left players are hard to come by.

Finally a Warnock signing that meme disapproves of!

The otheres have been good

Why does nw want this guy?

Would be sickened by this signing, especially if we waste £300k on him.

Great advertising for the club, this.

I'm sure that when players are looking for a new club, they wouldn't hesitate to sign for a club whose fans would welcome him to by calling him names like "journeyman", "reject" and "waste of money".

^^^ Add "headless chicken" to that list of names because you will be using it.

Can I ask how many people on here have actually seen him play enough to form an opinion?
