All the you guys do here is just talk about players you'r never going to get

that makes no sense what so ever
We have the funds to compete with most, so the £15m price tag isn't a problem (although a bit much) its the wage bill that's got to come down. Allen is a real talent and I'd be happy to see him at the club but I think we need other areas sorted first.
Now on to the stupid bit of your article! Rodgers has been a coach for 20 years now and has been over to Spain and other country's studying the style. He has an open invitation to go and be apart of one of Spain's national get togethers from Del Bosque.
Not attracting players is nothing to do with the manager and more about no Champions league football!
Basically, you guys just keep producing articles of transfers you will never get.. Its all BS
1* from me thank you very much
I think Allen could be an excellent signing. As a Spurs fan you know that where a player comes from doesn't matter - look at Modric, bought from Dinamo Zagreb, and Gareth Bale, who previously played for Southampton. I think Allen would shine at Liverpool. But I'm also pretty sure that there's an embargo in place between us and Swansea.

the last bit is not stupid. It's more leaning towards if you would have employee say for example benitez again he would have a much better network for getting top players even though no champions league. Just a general question regarding his ability to bring better players in.
Also good luck for EL draw today hope you get Dundee
He's a good young player but for me 10M max. If we get him does that mean we will still go for Dempsey?
As for the agreement, it just shows money talks.

When you return to school i suggest you pay more attention.
You mean Dundee United? Don't let DU fans hear you making that mistake.

Money always talks. There is an apparent buy out clause in his contract. Still goes against the agreement Rodgers and swansea had in place

The 'embargo' between us and Swansea can be avoided.
If the player wants to move then Swansea are not going to make an unhappy and valuable player a problem, it makes sense for them to sell (Their players usually cost around £3m, so £15m for them is a great deal).
Also, if somebody else has enquired for Allen then they are not going to prevent Liverpool enquiring because it would be shooting themselves in the foot on the price.
We don't know that anyone else has enquired, but Rodgers has hinted at it 'I have a great relationship with Swansea but if there is a market for any of the players, I would like to be in that market.'.
I think Allen is looking a dead cert to sign for us, but then so was Sigurdsson at one point, so lets see what happens. Allen has been linked with Arsenal in the past, would he choose us over them should they be interested?

good point about about them making a nice tidy profit. That Mucha? only cost them 3m and he was brought in to replace Allen if you believe reports
Another reason I think we're not signing him yet is that he's at the Olympics. We'd wait until after before beginning talks.

Yeah I don't see the Olympics as being an issue.
Barcelona signed Jordi Alba virtually the same day as the semi-finals of the Euro's.
I am sure Stuart Pearce would give Allen some time off to complete the transfer should he need to.
Another indication to us signing Allen could be Swanseas interest in Boltons mark Davies?
Maybe, but the media are clever, contrary to popular opinion. They would have gone, "how can we make the Allen transfer seem more likely? By creating another rumour, of course!"
I know, I'm pedantic and cynical, and for that I apologise
