May I ask what do you anticipate your Club will do when your sugar daddy (this applies to Chelsea and the now numerous others in Russia and China), gets bored with his toy (your Club), and ups stakes.
Remember, you have to finance from within the Club, no running off to Daddy.
Will you be able to keep up the ridiculous wages you tempt other Clubs players with?, how will you get other players when you, again have to find the money from the Clubs resources.
Me thinks your making a rod for your own back, and yes, I wish RVP would stay, but wonder what you think you will get from him, not respect or loyalty thats a fact, and how many matches are you expecting him to complete each season?
Please don´t ask for your money back when he misses half a season through injury.

Nasri proably would have been a top footballer without us. RVP was heading down a messy road, and without Wenger would proably be playing second tier football someone. So RVP

You won't find many of us that actually favour RVP coming to City and I am one of them.

Nasri was always a mercenary. And to an extent we didn't add much to his career. Arsene resurrected him for a season and then his own character took over and he let himself down as he had done in the early part of his development.

RVP has always been a self centered ego maniac who we wasted years on to get one season out of him!

This is what I thought of him in 2009.

""RVP has played well for half a season during his entire career at Arsenal and is asking for 80,000 a week!!!"

Its actually 'Arsene mystique'. Most of the foreign players that have left us have done poorly. So its strange RVP can demand high wages based on what? No trophies?

Our problem stems from the fact the players KNOW that we cannot spend 30m on a player. So they have an overinflated opinion of themselves and think they can hold the club to ransom.

They also lack motivation because of it! Unless we can go out and buy a RVP replacement of the shelf we will have this problem."

City is getting bigger by feeding off Arsenal.
