if being the best means you get away with fouling 95% of the time then yes, he is world calss, but at DEFENDING their are alot of players better, id even say smalling was better.
Why are Chelsea fans getting so arrogant they finished 6th last year an lost their best player. They have one forward and he is nowhere near as good as he used to be.
