We are not booing our manager! Fans are frustrated, that's all and I'm pretty sure you'll understand why we're frustrated. If you asked the majority of Villa fans they'd still want Lambert as boss, and would flip if he were to get the sack.
Anyway, good to see you hypocrites backing your gaffa now!
We're above you in the women's league
ARE your first team dressing up iin drag to play in it
We wouldn't be above you if that was the case
With Villa I've become like one of those chaps on death row. Resigned to my fate.
We are truly awful, deserve to be relegated, Lambert is clueless and it seems pointless to sack him as I can't think who we'd replace him with.
What a dilly of a pickle we're in.

I would've changed this article, but at the end of the day I'll rather stand up for the stick I'll get... I hope we stay up, but if we go down I'm still proud.
At the end of the day, we may not be good enough, atm... but at least the younger players work their socks off. I do feel for them.

Judging by the Nextgen etc you have a reasonable kids setup. The problem is that if you get relegated, those kids may just go elsewhere. Which means your future goes with them and a possible vicious circle.
I don't think they'll go elsewhere because who would buy them from the PL? Only those teams who are probably promoted or want to survive the next season would. So, from that they'll defo stay...
The other problem is, the high earners, the prats as I like to call them, Ireland, Bent etc... Don't even have relegation clauses in their contracts.
If Villa were relegated, and you have players at the level of some of the Spurs academy, then if I was involved in Spurs I'd be giving them serious consideration.
Bent etc.
They might want to go and/or you want them off the wage bill, but would anyone have them ??
I think teams in the PL would have them, but it's a case of would they be able to afford them. I think someone like Stoke would take Bent, but they cannot afford him... And, knowing Bent, he'll probably leave for the sake of leaving and wipe us out clean whilst he's at it.
My biggest worry is Benteke though...There will defo be interest in him.
