Sturridge is there, he'll be back up to Torres, and Moses will play on the right or at worse upfront!
If we buy Moses (who I think would be ideal) then I don’t think we need another striker. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Ramires in the same advanced position of the right he moved to in place of Sturridge at the end of last season and then Oscar playing deeper, either with Lampard or Mikel. So Torres with Hazard, Mata and Ramires behind. If that were the case then Sturridge good move to his favoured central position as a direct understudy to Torres. Moses and Marin add cover on the right with the advantage that Moses can also act as third choice central striker too if needed. Hopefully Lukaku can impress and get some much needed PL experience on loan.
I shouldn't assume Moses is ours, if Moses is signed he'll be the backup striker but could also do a job on the wings
We still have Sturridge to play CF. How good Danny is as the lone striker remains to be seen.
We do seem light in options up front and unless we buy another striker I´m going to assume that the Hulk deal is still on and may go down to the last day of the window.
Last time i was on here I was begging for more time for AVB

Quite a coincidence, because I now find myself praying that Spurs give him all the time in the world
Hulk is ours...
Moses is just a bait for fooling other clubs

Is Moses a striker ?
Thought he was a winger.

He's a forward, able to play on the wings or as a poacher upfront
I will be surprised if we can't close the Moses deal considering we are reported to have bid 9m & Whelan has said he wants 10m.
Surely this will go through when both parties are so close & it surely means Hulk is staying at Porto too.

What gives you that idea? I, like many others believe the Hulk deal is dead and buried
Don't you need a striker to replace Torres rather than play second fiddle.

agree
I know now that I was more intrested in the project and seeing change than AVB as a manager, but RDM showed us that we can make changes and still keep all involved

We can't start what could be a 60+ game season with just Nando and Sturidge suerly

Moses' finishing is below average
Sherriff
Marin would start over Ramires on the right Bluedroig I reckon.
If you have Moses and Sturridge I think you will own the two most selfish players in premiership history!
I don't mind if my strikers are selfish as long as they score, I do have a problem when wingers are selfish.
sounds like Robben....
& a sicknote to boot
wish we still had him though
