Sheff Utd and Notts Co were after him aswell, his best bet is to back back to L1
A utter disasterous financial deal.
League 1 is his level. We should never have bought him.

only one man to blame for that

Decent manager, but cant buy his own players
Could he not compete against the other donkeys at blackpool? what an ass
Must have been the shortest trial in history. Apparently the tide was going out when he was doing his shooting practice and they ran out of balls.
Decent Manager?

Surely a manager is supposed to manage his players? AOB incident wasnt managed very well, Rosco looked miserable when Grayson was in charge. Michael Brown and Alex Bruce hated him. Townsend & Smith legged it early.
I wouldnt call that a decent manager
I heard Warnock recalled him early because Becchio's injury worse than thought. If this is true its a worry because the so-called marquee signing isn't a striker.
Our medical team seem to be messing up a lot, because we had this last summer with Becchio needing an operation, when he should have had it much earlier as reccomended, so we lost him for a big chunk of the season. They also allowed Kissa to have a 2-year deal, when we all knew he was finished. Somma supposed to be back a while ago, but now will be Xmas ...
Does it also mean we are selling Ross?

Positive noises from McCormack re: his future yesterday. Seems he wants to stay at #lufc and is awaiting another contract offer
We were linked through the summer with Maynard, Mackail-Smith and Andy Gray - 10, 9, 9 goals between them.
How exactly would this improve on McCormack 18(prob going), Snodgrass (gone) 13, and Becchio 12(injured) as a starting strikeforce?
Either way, none of those 3 at the the top could claim the title of "marquee signing' for us.....

Harrington didn't Townsend leg it from Warnock?
