Explain how we had the cash Timinator to pay it. We went into admin due to having no cash. That's how it works. Money in vs money out.

How about the money you spent on players, that could've contributed to paying PAYE and NIC.Season ticket money, merchandise etc but no you decided to withold all that money and bump the taxman instead, unlike the rest of the paying public. You just cant admit that your club was in the wrong can you?

'Doncaster does what the spl clubs tell him'

Indeed. But as the top administrator of the spl he lobbied furiously for the newco to remain in the spl.

Regan was just as passionate about the newco staying close to the top.

Both of the top administrators in the game are on record as saying the newco should not go to the third.

The clubs voted otherwise.

All of the money in and out tim was taken up hence admin.

The clubs are the SPL. What's the SFA excuse?

The Bradford situation is similar but the way the club, and fans, have handled the issue has been so different!
They realise that they have a problem. Their owner, and fans, have not been going around claiiming persecution, discrimination, unfair treatment etc. etc.

As a result, many within the SFA are happy to rub Rangers noses in it! Is there no one within Rangers FC (or whatever they are now called), with enough CLASS to keep their damned mouths shut, accept their punishment and concentrate on the job returning to the SFL???

What a pathetic bunch!

The authorities.

So they make up rules and regulations based on what people say now Globaled.

Yeah castle, I didnt dispute that fact.

Were you out of cash in August when you didn pay PAYE? September? October? November? December? January?

You had cash to pay the PAYE, you just chose not to and then you ran out. If you would've paid what you were supposed to then you would've been in admin long before February.

Globaled - were the bulks given unlawful punishments tho?

Davie - Whyte chose not to

Both of our top men did everything they could to put the newco at the top.

So all the nonsense about Regan and Doncaster 'killing' your club is just that, nonsense.

It's hysterical McCarthyism at its worst. Much of the narrative has come from within Ibrox, which is just as disappointing.

Still, whatever sells tickets.

Clutching at straws

These things are juggled Celticdavie and it's how all business's run. It's how it worked at Motherwell (twice) Dundee (twice) and Livi.

In all of the above cases it was HMRC who requested administration. Why did they owe HMRC so much if they paid their PAYE and NI on time? It's not too hard to work out is it?

Davie - Whyte chose not to
-------------

So therefore Rangers chose not to.

A few clubs in England went Newco. No fuss at all down south. Happened in Europe with no fuss. Bradford run out of cash, no fuss. Our country it happens no fuss with Motherwell (twice) Dundee (twice) Livi. Happens to Rangers massive fuss from, SPL, SFA, media, other fans and even UEFA said our case was unprecedented as they'd never seen the like, but nah, it wasn't victimisation with made up rules.

Whe did UEFA say that, got any links? please tell me its not from when Charles Green said he was meeting UEFA officials when UEFA told STV that they had no such meetings with him at all.

Oh and when did Motherwell(twice) ,Livi and Dundee(twice) create Newcos and bump all their debt?

Bradford = Helped
Rangers = Illegally attacked.

posted on 2/8/12

Whyte chose not to

That makes it OK then?

posted on 2/8/12

Illegally attacked.

posted on 2/8/12

The top men didn't take either vote so that's irrelevant. The authorities in this case were the clubs. So the authorities punished us fully, not let us off

I'm out.

Davie - legally and officially yes, but we all know Whyte shafted rangers

Run along Timo

posted on 2/8/12

Tim just because none of them went Newco doesn't mean they didn't walk away from debt all of them paid pence in the pound to creditors.

posted on 2/8/12

Yes Castle but they didn't liquidate and create a new company so comparing their situation to yours is irrelevent .
