Forget about that what I believe shouldn't matter but what should matter is Murray had a dream for Rangers and was once seen a hero and still is by some, but bottom line here Rangers are in the position now because he didn't run your club the correct way and when the going got tough he jumped shiped so forgive me but the guy word means jack

There is nothing from Mrrays tenure that has resulted in our current predicament. There is ongoing investigations into this

Our current predicament was due to Whytes mismanagement

I have no I'll feeling towards Murray and respect him and what he did for Rangers

Now I have always respected your comments but WTF for what Murray has done for Rangers you can't just blame Whyte and if you do then you need to take off the blue tinted glasses, open your eyes with what's hapened to your club Murray sold the club to Whyte without checking his background which is something Murray always does so why not with Whyte

Murray made an error selling to Whyte but it doesn't undo the successes we had under his tenure. The current punishments we have receive all relate to "offences" committed under Whytes tenure. That is indisputable Jinky.

He has quite rightly held back from a knee jerk response on the matter. His response is measured and no doubt influence heavily by legal advice

He was entirely correct when he said:

2. The investigation by the SPL into dual contracts

Personally on both I see no case to answer. Of either it is possible the of EBTs may not have been applied correctly. But that has still to be adjudged. On the 2nd point. All EBT payments appeared in the audited accounts for the years they were used. Rangers complied eith all SPL regulations

Truth I don't think he cared as he was losing money big time, Murray didn't look into Whytes background which Murray would never do normally so Murray did a bunk

Murray isn't responsible for Whytes handling of the club.

It's nonsense to think Murray would have made a conscious decision to sell Rangers to a guy he knew would bankrupt Rangers with the outcome we have today.

Whyte turned out to be a shyster. It possible a few corners were cut in appointing Whyte. For that Murray must accept some responsibility for allowing the club to fall in Whytes hands

But to suggest that Murray is responsible for Rangers predicament is wrong.
