Poor imitation, this guy's actually quite likeable
Hazard instead of moses and torres at the centre
Guardiola would probably move Torres to the right and play Hazard in the center.
I don't assume to know what Guardiola would do with this team. One things for certain, he will NOT try to repeat the same formula that Barca have done for one reason and reason alone. We do not have Messi.
He can get us to press the opposition.. He can get us to play a much higher line.. He can get our players to keep the ball better.. Why do you need Messi to do all of that?
Where do the goals come from?
What does that have to do it? You said Guardiola will not implement the same system he had at Barcelona, at Chelsea. The system he has is a possession based high line, pressing off the ball, interchanging of positions upfront between the three attackers system. Why do you need Messi for that system to work? AVB didnt have Messi and you were cocksure it would work with him.
Do you really believe Barcelona would be as successful without Messi? If not why emulate the same formula? For show? Shall we win games with purely possession?
You're not making any sense. We're not talking about whether Barcelona would be successful without Messi.
You said the system wont be implemented at Chelsea. I said whats stopping Pep? You said we dont have Messi. So no team in the whole world can use that system because they dont have Messi in their team. Can you see where you went wrong in your comment? Or shall I use drawings and pictures for you?
Am I missing something?
Has Di Matteo only been given 12 months or something?
Camped on the Chelsea board again I see..
Hmm, I guess Pride was right.

I actually said that in my first comment. How many teams are successful in using that system? Do you think we have players on par to be successful? Do you know how to debate without trying to insult another poster?
I think I'm actually done with you.
Where was the insult? Your point was ridiculous in the first place.
For one. Athletic Bilbao use a similar system to Barcelona. Not quite the same but similar. Do they have Messi?
Porto used a similar type system in AVB's last season. Do they have Messi?
Cech
Ivan Terry/Cahill Luiz
Azpilicueta Romeu Oscar Marin
Sturridge/Moses Hazard Mata
BK, do you really think Guardiola would rather play a defensive minded Ivanovic ahead of Azpilicueta?? I doubt that, he most certainly prefers offensive fullbacks
Spain use the same system and won euros again without messi
Azpilicueta is in my team, Barce played 3-4-3 towards the end of Guardiola's reign
Didier Dave - The most obvious example and I missed it. Just proves my point even more.
We should just sign Messi anyway. For fun
