I think there is a bigger difference between Alex and Rolando than Carrick and Motta though.
Burdisso, Bocchetti and Gallas aren't that bad, I just won a point against Man City with them 3 at the back!
Bocchetti can also be a more defensive option at left back too, that's where I played him against City.
