Evening Fuzzy,
Good luck for the coming season, I hope you have a swift return to the Championship, us Rams fans will miss you this term
Good luck to the Minster men too!
Good start Fuzzy. Like you said I would have sympathy for York if they had 50% of their squad injured 4 is no excuse.
Can anybody remember the last headed goal we got from a corner? I know the best, Hayter at Wembley.
Now we have a 6-7 and a short 6-5 CB's can we now defend set pieces and score from set pieces?
Serha Stevenson may not have got her GOLD but she is my GOLDEN GIRL
My new away shirt still not arrived.
Wanted to wear it behind the PC listen to todays game.
At least my 4 packs chilling in the fridge.
C'mon Donny

Alex, Didn't Oster score one of his very few goals with a header?
I have had a good think about this and cant recall us scoring a header from a corner for ages.
I can however remember lots of occasions when we have conceded them.
xon - Oster only scored two for us and both were right footers, a tap in at Peterbro and a deflected one at hom but i cant remember who it was against.
Yeah true hound, thank you.
How about Beye, last season, didn't he score a header? Don't know if it was from a freekick or corner.
It's harder to remember things from hearing them, not seeing them.
Biggest thing I miss is watching Donny!

against Peterboro i think!
Gawd I must be bored.
Beye scored with a shot in the last minute of the last game but he did score a header in the 4-3 Portsmouth game from a Coppinger cross from a free kick.
A fairly quiet morning at work today so i had time to look up the Beye thing.
Looking forward to the game this afternoon now.
What's it like there this morning.
I was at the Peterborough game where
"Barn door Oster"
scored his first goal.
If only he had a shot on him. How many times did he get into a good position to shoot but didn't have the confidence to have a go.
Only 2 outfield subs today, what a mess. Fingers crossed we don't get the injures we suffered at Brighton last season.
Not going to be listening in today as I'm off to watch Lausanne v Sion to tick off another of the Swiss 36.
Keep me informed though as I'll be on the train!
Alex, you are so right about Oster not shooting.
He always seemed to prefer to make another pass.
Hound,
I always put it down to confidence or lack of it. I think Sean called it "Taking responsibility and making the right decision" and that’s where he was very consistent he made the wrong decision often.
Couldn't hit a barn door but on his day a quality passing player who is now out of a job I think.
Stockie has gone and its now official.
Very sad to see him go but it was inevitable really.
A legend in my opinion.

I think Maxted is on the bench too Alex - or are we playing 2 'keepers?
Well said alex, top player Stock.
Thank you and good luck.
Maybe Copps stays!!!! Fingers crossed.
If I'd of had to pick one to stay, it would of been Copps.
Yes Maxted on the bench.
York have 70% possession.
