I'll take that bet.

I'd also like to bet that you're the most hated team in the country

He's signed...........Welcome to Forest Cox

Fawaz Al Hasawi has just tweeted that Cox has signed.

Surely that means Miller and Derbyshire could be on the way out.

Cox and Dex the strike pairing for Monday? Probably not, Goldie has looked good pre-season so I expect he will get the nod.

After last season, I guess you mean just against Leeds right?

I'd rather we'd signed another defender or two, especially if we paid £2 million+ for him.

Hmm - with the risk of sounding like Exiled Red, I'm very very wary of this one. Especially if it's 2.5mill. Is he really any better than what we've got? Are just going to end up playing silly wages to another striker and not giving the guys who've had a season here to get used to the players a chance? And where are the wingers? Hope I'm proved wrong and he's a great buy.

I can't see why anyone would be worried about it. He's a good players. Scored hat fulls playing through the middle at Swindon and was played mainly out wide at WBA hence less goals. Apart from Dex and maybe Miller he's miles better than what we've got.

We have billionaire owners we can afford it.

Yeah, I'm open minded about Cox ... I just hope he penetrates the box more often than our current bunch of flops

Stillhate, Like you I'm a bit wary, but only because The FCG is a strikers graveyard.

Wingers? well it looks like Reid and Moussa will have to be the supply line.

We have to be patient though. I think SO'D has done well to put together what looks like a decent back four by Championship standards. By the start of next season we will have a new look midfield and strikeforce - then watch us go.

Two years frome now we will be moaning about Season Ticket prices for the Prem, and a lack of Saturday matches

I can see Cox easily dribbling his way into the box!

I think he could also shoot before he gets into the box

...and shoot all around it!
