Can anyone tell me about Malaga - are they definitively banned from European competition regardless of whether they meet the financial requirements OR only suspended pending compliance in a certain timeframe?
march, they're definitely banned, regardless of whether they pay off their debts or not. I think if they don't pay off their debts though, they can potentially miss more than 1 season of CL football.
I think they're planning on appealing against the decision. I doubt they'll be successful though.

he has shown once again, that he is an "impact" manager. Very capable of quick success at a club, but rather incapable of keeping a squad competitive and unified beyond the 3rd season.

Once teams wise up to this and deny Mou's teams the space behind to counter, then what
