A perfunctory glance at the La Liga table might do the trick.
Albeit, it is imprecise but it gives you a rough idea.
Why in 'most of Spain'? Is the other part of Spain being punished?

Figures all approximate, but you get the idea.

R madrid, farza, atlei, valencia, ath bilbao, sevilla, zaragoza, betis, r sociedad, depor, celta, sporting, espanyol, valladolid, mallorca, villarreal, malaga, r santander, osasuna, r oviedo

cataluna is as "spanish" as castilla and andalucia
I know Isco has been impressive this season but i still rate Muniain higher.
However, Muniain has to leave Bilbao to fulfil his potential. He seems to have stagnated and maybe even regressed.
