I'm really having fun whilst it lasts, your boys could destroy United tomorrow.
Really important Sir Alex gets the tactics right.
I'm not really sure how this tie is going to play out, I know from past experience that Fergie would bring back a 0-0 result to Old Trafford but Mourinho will also want to keep it tight a nick a couple of goals on the counter so he can just defend the away leg. So I think we'll see a bit of a cagey game.
However United are in great scoring form, as is Ronaldo, so I'm going for a 2-1 to Real.
i think Man U will try and keep it v tight too..
they'll play like they did against farza in 2008, i think

I agree with both of you re tonight, but hope we're all wrong.
Last night's result really flattered Valencia, PSG could easily be heading back home with at least a 3 goal cushion. Valencia had very little to offer apart from Tino Costa's set pieces, which are really deadly - imo he's got one of the best free-kick deliveries around. Valencia should also have tried to exploit his long range shots more.
I missed the opener, but I honestly don't think Guaita was at fault for the second. Replays often make a keeper look stupid, but Pastore hit it hard and fast and caught him going the other way - he had literally a fraction of a second to react and was unlucky to some extent. Otherwise it was Guaita and PSG's poor finishing that kept the tie alive to some extent.
Was very impressed with Lucas Moura in the 1st half (even though Guardado at LB isn't the toughest of challenges) and Verratti throughout. Playmaker on paper, but last night he looked like a fantastic holding mid, which is pretty incredible considering how tiny he is (5ft 5).
Ibra's such a stupid, petulant . Such a gifted player, but his arrogance really lets him down sometimes. He went in on that tackle simply because the other Valencia player nicked the ball off him unexpectedly, what a twát.
Both teams will be trying to invite each other onto them so they can break on the counter attack.
My guess is it will either be a ridiculously good countering game, or all 22 players will be stood on their respective goal lines.
I can fully understand why so many United fans seem to be increasingly confident, I just hope they're all badly wrong! Deep down inside something tells me we could maul them tonight but we need to look completely different to how we've looked for large parts of this season.
Will Ronaldo try too hard or not hard enough?
Too hard is generally the norm for him. Over time he's learnt to deal with the pressure of the clásicos, but it took him a while. He's never faced United since he left so this is a match-up he'll be over-anxious to perform in imo.
Ronaldo seems to do well in the Nou Camp clasicos, due to him being the big mean baddie
Not sure how he'll cope when the home AND away fans are supporting him
united's front players , esp RVP, are high quality..the rest of their team most definitely isn't..
if we have one of our good games, we could finish the tie tonight imo
i hope this is what happens

I don't really agree. Quality keeper and quality back four. Rio, Vidic and Evra might not be the Rio Vidic and Evra of old, but players like them can generally raise their game for games like these and their experience could prove invaluable. Rafael I don't know, but United fans rate him very highly.
I think they might fall a bit short in CM and on the wings, but I don't rate our own CM as much as most and our fullbacks aren't the best in terms of defence.
Yes, we could finish the tie if everything goes our way, but if the opposite happens we could travel to OT facing a very uphill task.
The main positive I see is that I'd still think we'd be in with a chance at OT if if we go there trailing by the odd goal.
their defence has been v dodgy this year..evra, rio and vidic have defo seen better days
de gea is a quality young keeper i'd agree with that
if united play against us, like they have done in europe for the past 18 months..i'll be pleased
