Atleast we agree on that Boas! As for you Don, I read all articles as I'm a football fan. I felt that you having a dig at West Ham and where I live has made you seem a little childish?

Says the guy who comes on my article telling me to "get a life" and this is not even on you're own teams board, how ironic .....You don't even know me you old fool and you're sitting their on an internet forum telling people to get a life. I think you need to get our more mate
We've got an Inter-Cities Fairs Cup and a European Cup Winner's Cup, which is worth diddly-squat, but we have been in a European Final. Our European record is pretty weak, I'll be honest. But with 13 league titles to your two, it's easy to shake off any idea that Tottenham are even on the same page as Arsenal in terms of size.
arry raptor, i agree......blame the id iots myhammers and Mafiaboy for these sort of articles.
Seems West Ham have given up on their Olympic Stadium dreams and will now try buying the Olympic ready Dorney Lake in Eton. Club chairman David Gold insists that whilst playing in water could be a pretty big obstacle, he also maintained that with Sam Allardyce, the ball rarely stays on the ground anyway

Ha
I comment on all teams board as like I said I'm a football fan and seeing as this is a article that has reference to West Ham I'm more than welcome to do so. The personal dig isn't called for I agree but neither was yours. Although I still think that having a pop at a newly promoted club just shows to me your character.
think I will leave it at that!
Have a good day.
Are we counting finals now?
So you freely admit Spurs are a bigger club than Arsenal in terms of European record?
last night i was on the 3rd most commented thread
now i'm on the 2nd most commented thread sipping with you fine people
Not such a bad life, is it 8bit?
Isn't it more a case of the Europa League not being respected so much in this country rather than in Europe generally. The Spanish sides seem happy enough to give it their all and rightly so IMO.
Any European silverware should be appreciated. In fact going back a bit to the Uefa Cup, it was a very prestigious trophy to win and was extremely competitive. Some of Liverpool's best nights were in that cup going back to the Shankly days.
TGMoL..........................................Spot on, I go back to the days of the old European Cup, Cup Winners Cup & The Fairs Cup which then became the Uefa Cup & Spurs had a very good tradition in it. In those days it was an honour if your team was in Europe irrespective of the competition.
The CL seems to be the Holy Grail & anything else unworthy. The Spanish clubs have rightly identified that is a good competition to win & go all out to do so, whereas as we piddle around with reserves & youth players....................................
I think if they allowed the winners to take a CL spot it might enhance the image of the competition.
As you rightly said, any European silverware should be welcomed and appreciated.
Hornchurch Hammer.............................As it seems to be lifes obsession with certain WHU fans to write rubbish about Spurs, do not be surprised when you get flak from us.
And you can't use the newly promoted card, as you are up & down like yo yo's it has been used too mant times before!
We may have been up and down like "yo yo's" the fact still remains that we have just been promoted. I think you should set your sights a little higher than having a pop at West Ham.
HH....................................I will stop popping at WHU when muffinboy & myhammers get over their obsession with all things Spurs!! Deal
