Well know he has a poor attitude but you can't doubt his ability. Bottom line if he is only going to cost between £5-7M then I would not be upset. No point getting too attached to players these days as if one thing we should all know about beiung a supporter of Arsenal is that loyalty only lasts for so long!!

Why would he go back to a team that is weaker than when he left for less money?
Wherever he goes it will be for less money and also a weaker team as that is the only way he will get game time.

But it would be a weaker Arsenal team than he left. Why would he go back?
To say it is a weker team is subject to opinion. When Ade peaked for the club Cesc was still an emerging talent and RVP was not the player he is now. Henry had gone and the rest of the team collectively were not particularly stronger than the team we have now. With have great potential players like Wilshere, Ox Sczency; established internationals in Kos, TV, Mertz, Sagna along with new players Podolski, Giroud and Santi . I actually think we have a stronger team than what Ade was part of.
