Nothing suspicious, imho.
He's won TdF prologues, sprints, TTT's, the green jersey outright twice, worn yellow before, and the current road World Champion, can also haul his big heavy frame over one enormous mountain like the col d'Aubisque well enough to win a breakaway stage with a long descent like today's.
He's also shown this exceptional climbing ability before, like in 2009 when he went away and solo up over two big mountains, to collect maximum intermediate sprint points after he saw he couldn't match Cav for speed on the flat anymore.
Chapeau Thor! Superb stage win today.
fair play, i defer to ur opinion as a cycling fan. im a just a casual tour de france/cycling fan and it just looked too good to be true, but fair play.
suspicious???
