It is illegal to show 3pm games in UK.
If you make the short hop to Ireland you get to watch more games, Jersey show all the 3pm games, and Europe wide.

I think it is the same here though with other leagues. As far as I am aware we get more Spanish and German games live than the Spanish and Germans get of their own league (could be wrong)

But we can watch what we want on streams.
Wouldn't surprise me if in the next couple of decades we see a change and teams negotiating their own TV deals, and all games being shown live.

Being in Scandinavia during an EPL season is great too.

There's a great bar in Bergen I usually go to if ever I'm there, where they show a bunch of live Premiership games in different areas for the bar, on a Saturday afternoon, so you take your pick.

Even in Jersey you can watch any game you like.
A few pubs I have been in over there have booths with its own TV where you choose what game you watch.

Yeah in Egypt they have all the 3pm KOs as well but the time diff isn't bad thre so they're 5pm. Cheap beer, pub atmosphere and basically every PL game aired, good stuff

You get the games all live at 3pm Uk time because people in Australia aren't going to not go to the game in England because they can watch it at home!! i.e. it wont affect attendances and income.

Plus most people in Australia aren't interested in the Prem the same way most guys in the UK are, so they could hardly charge the same money for it i.e. supply and demand.

Mystery solved.

same here in the Cayman Islands, I had 3 live matches yesterday on different channels, Lpool match, Arsenal match, Fulham match and then the Newcastle match. United are on live here every week.

if it ever happened that clubs negotiated their own TV money United would be out of site of everyone financially, over 50% of Premier League viewing figures world wide is for United games, United would be looking at 200 - 300 million annually for their TV rights.
