Honestly can't see them beating any of them at the moment. Really hate to say that.

But I am confident we will win the SPL title for the 4th time in a row.

Doesn't say much for Scottish football though does it? Or Celtic!

Have they? Have you?

That is all.

I would not be confident of putting a large amount of money, on Rangers, against any of these teams.

Whereas Celtic would pump them all coz let's face it, they're no Utrecht

Celtic pumped Utrecht.

None of those sides are as good as the mighty Sportfreunde Lotte.

Damn my imagination.

That 2-0 pumping didn't happen.

2-0 is a pumping to you but 4-0 for a 4-2 aggregate is a real pumping and you were on the end of it..

Don't think i've ever heard a team say they pumped another team who knocked them out of Europe before but in Celtic world i suppose it's different eh.
Whats the saying again..."Some defeats are better than victories" or something stupid like that.

davie,

Your team invented European pumpings for Scottish clubs....And have managed to keep a steady flow

Eintracht Frankfurt 12 Rangers 4

Rangers 1 Unirea 4

You embrace the term " pumped "

Nuechatel Xamax 5-1 Celtic
Artmedia 5-0 Celtic

TITanic i think you will find Celtic know how to be pumped too.

It could be worse... we could be up against the European giants that are FC Zurich, Nantes, Vojvodina or Dukla Prague.

Both away ties which were renumerated to an extent, in the home legs...

5 wins in 37 matches

20 goals concede in 12 CL matches

8 goals scored

8 points from a possible 36.

Crowds of 31,000 for home CL matches

Need I go on.

Celtic were dumped out of both European tournaments before the schools went back but it was still a triumph for them.

Champions 3 years in a row TITanic, need i go on?

Not your school, BH......We all know that's an ongoing concern

davie,

Wiz it getting too hot in the European kitchen

===========================================

The conversation looked to be about European results.

Is your reply a classic deflection?

posted on 16/7/11

Not at all TITanic.

Wee question for you, when was the last time Celtic, you know the team you are supposed to support, won away in the European Cup/Champions League proper?

posted on 16/7/11

davie,

What the fook does it matter???

Win your home ties first, anything you get after that is a bonus.Maybe if Rangers had adopted that policy, their CL disparity with Celtic's, wouldn't be gapping...ie:

Celtic 4 Juve 3

Celtic 1 Man U 0

Celtic 3 Benfica 0

Celtic 2 Milan 1.....Celtic have reached the CL later stages on 2 occassions with greater points totals, so you know where you Bears can stick yer away form theory

posted on 16/7/11

Was my question too difficult TITanic or are you so obsessed with Rangers that you know nothing about Celtic at all,the answer is 1986.
