Chris Hughton seems a good chap and is very positive.
We have too keep a no give up attitude that AM gave the only positive that AM brough too the table.
We will have a nearly new team come start of season hope it helps younger players come on and player we should have played more such as Derbyshire etc.
Good luck Blues tonight,KRO
A never give up attitude is usally associated with winning... maybe you mean AM never gave up trying not to lose???
We generally batted for 90 minutes if he could have been more astute in having better attacking formats we probably have stayed up just... I said earlier why o why arnt we chanting 4-4-2 we as fans are far too polite as AM was wrong on his formats most of the season his and only his fault we went down!!! GRRR
Seems more opem manager in Hughton hope he does good job for us.... Got Major job too do on little money whats new. KRO

AM didn't know how to attack. The match v Fulham when he played Derbyshire & Phillips up front showed how clueless he can be at times - no pace, no-one to hold the ball up, we knew as soon as the team was announced that we'd create very little. AM was great at keeping teams out, very organised, the master of th e1-0, but somehting of a one trick pony. I was sad to see him go but on reflection I wonder how much the last promotion was down to McSheffreys goals rather than AM's skill, I for one am looking forward to seeing what Hughton brings to the table, at least it won't be boring, hoping to see us win 5-4 against Cov!! I also salute his winning mentality, it is how I was brought up and my own kids are the same, training, kickaround or whatever you play to win. KRO
AM was a muppett from top to bottom. Between him, and the board they are to blame for the relegation and the fact that we have no money. Becasue of the things these pair if idiots have done we are sat here, with a decent manager for once, watching some of the best players we have had for a while walk out the door.
Even with a decimated squad we will be playing better football next season
Yes Pikey. The winning attitude. If a player has that drummed in long enough he will understand it. Sir AF has that same way. Always turn up to win. Be it a friendly a testimonial a league game. cup game whatever it is only play to win. Then on the flip side to Alex McLeish who played 0 0 football we will play to win and if not then at least a draw. Instead of at least a draw and try and nick a win. I know it sounds the same but it is massively different.
Rooney has scored for blues. 1-0. 30mins.
1-0 full time. We are on our way!!
Sorry you must have got mixed up , i dont think Mcsheffrey scored a goal in our last promotion year.
