Late on, the freekick that Hugo Rodellega took, if that was Clint Dempsey, I think the free-kick may have been more promising
I am sad , seeing Rooney's current condition , He's probably sidelined for two to three weeks minimum I guess .
------------------------------
For what?
A cut to the leg
The stretcher was a complete over dramatisation to run down the clock.
lucky was fulham keeping 11 men on the pitch
They just said on Sky Sports that looks like being out for 4 weeks
they could of given him a couple of stitches and a bandaid on the side of the pitch.

Are you serious? It was a nasty deep wound. He's actually on his way to hospital right now, so maybe they are continuing the act to run down the clock after the game.
it was a very nasty cut - will need multiple stitches.
Whatever the situation , hoping United have got their grace back on the right tracks .

As said before, he could have gotten a couple of stitches and a bandaid at the side of the pitch.

Dont be so silly - the play had to stop and united had used all their subs - if had of been able to come back on he would have!
In the 2011 UEFA Champions League semi final between Barca and Real Madrid, Dani Alves needed a stretcher after a tackle by Pepe.........but Pepe didn't even touch him

Not if you're a pansy. I've had plenty of deep gashes before, I've always managed to finish the job.
clearly some people have not seen the incident.
.....
A 1 inch cut to his thigh. The blood dripped down about 3 inches.
I've seen it, analized it and come to the conclusion, Wayne Rooney is a pansy.
Yh Ron, I'm not a medical expert, but that needed more than "a couple of stitches."

and ive came to the conclusion your a Muppet.
Sure he would just come off and leave the team down to 10 men

Discredit your own reply.
Garunteed he has nothing more than single digit stitches.
Sure he would just come off and leave the team down to 10 men

He was expecting minimum time to be played. What should have only taken 30 seconds maximum to be walked of the pitch, ended up taking over 2 minutes. By which time, added time was up, luckily the referee knew what Rooney was up to.

Moron. Try closer to 30.
how do you know he was expecting the ref to play minimum time? Thats just an unfounded statement.
Rooney looked so bored on the bench that when he eventually came on he wanted to come off straight away !!
Moron. Try closer to 30.

30, it was barely an inch wide. 3 butterfly stitches would probably be enough.
how do you know he was expecting the ref to play minimum time?
---------------------------
Why would anybody expect the referee to play any longer than the minimum added time?
Unless of course you we're a goal down at old trafford.

Because its the minimum and there are stops in stock-age time which make the time run over.

Jus done the calculations, only 3.32 minutes of stoppage time was actually played.
Rooneys plan worked.
