Don't be so silly, Tottenham taught the world a footballing lesson that they don't get bullied into selling players to rich owners play things by selling to a rich owners plaything for £10m less a season later 4 days from deadline day

Levy is great comedy value. Getting rid of Arry to bring in DVD left me laughing for a few days

AVB is a great manager.....

Chicken is the only one that can see the light.

This isn't even a WUM I'm genuinely intrigued to know how Levy isn't facing any criticism. He's literally given AVB a crap hand and with the season under way they are 3/4 players short with only days remaining in the transfer window

Bubbles they need a striker, two midfielders and a defender probably.

AVB made a really bad decision to go there.

I hope some of there fans realise this Willian guy isn't very good. Tbf to Levy, 12m-15m is probably his actual price

Joke club

And now a feeder club

Dear oh dear

Clubs will know that Spurs have £33million to spend and will slap huge price tags on their players heads, especially at this stage in the transfer window. The way some people have been talking, you'd think that Moutinho, Damaio, Remy, M'Vila and Sturridge will all be joining them for a combined £30million. Not a chance!

He threw the money away the second they failed to qualify for the CL (however it happened), that's the only thing that would've justified his decision to turn down that offer. The fact it was us who directly beat them to it just rubs salt in the wound.

They can only look at this sale objectively, because not selling him last year proved to be a collosal fail anyway. And 30mil for Modric is by no means bad business on it's own provided they re-invest the money properly.

I´m just enjoyiong the show. Keep it up Levy.

May I suggest as his next move he sells all his goalkeepers and plays Adebayor in goal.

A decision that will go very well with all his other recent decisions

This surely has something to do with the Tottenham/Madrid "Partnership" which at the moment I cant get my head around.

I said that AVB would have more if a rebuilding job to do at Spurs than he did at Chelsea and nobody (figure of speech) listened. I actually think he'd have been better off taking the Liverpool job

bubbles- he should have taken a year out

He should've gone back to Portugal and taken the first job available. Start from the beginning again. Don't see Spurs sticking with him long enough to achieve what he's capable of.

Can't agree more. Rush of blood to the head and wanted opportunity to gain revenge on CFC.

He needs a better agent or personal advisor

AVB I cant see him working it at Spurs. I still am very surprised he went there.

I doubt they'll finish higher than 5th or 6th. So he could easily be sacked.

AVB's success or failure firmly rests in the hands of Levy's nerve. Which is why although i think he does suit them quite well (damn sight more than he suited us), i'm surprised he accepted the job after being messed about by our board. Another strong dose of naiveity on his part me thinks.

If they better what Redknapp did last season, i'll be amazed. If that put together a title challenge within the three years AVB's contracted, i'll be even more amazed. My projections that have nothing to do with AVB, but their squad and budget. And Levy's proven just how ruthless and bone headed he is these past 12 months.

I've grown a liking to AVB (not that anyone's noticed ), i hope he doesn't get screwed again.

Levy is full of sheite

He said he's pleased Modric has gone to Madrid as they now have an excellent relationship with Real

What he doesn't realise is Jose is actually it him
Like Real have got any interest in what $puds are doing
