Groundskeeper Willy getting "greased up" to crawl through the air ducts was brilliant , he's underated
Best Episodes
For me it's between the Mary Poppins and Hank Scorpio shows
The "Beer Baron" one is good too.
Yes it was
How about the take on the great escape when Maggie leads the other babbies to freedom
Groundskeeper Willy getting "greased up" to crawl through the air ducts was brilliant , he's underated

I do like The Simpsons as well as I have the first 11 seasons on dvd its just when I watch them now its very hit and miss. Yes Family Guy has similar issues but Simpsons doesn't make me really laugh out loud like FG does. I f anyone saw the episode last week where Stewie was terrorised by Queens' News of the world album you will know what I mean. I was in hysterics at that.
5 s Squid
great read I can never remember individual episodes and stuff, havent watched for a few years but I used to love the simpsons.
Moe has had some classic lines
Fave character wise its between Mr Burns and Moe probably.
Best quote? When Burns calls a member of U2 a wan**r for getting hit with a spoon. Took the UK tv people years to work out exactly what he said and quickly removed it.
Not seen them all but loved the one where he kept a giant lobster in the bath as a pet
When it got to big he cooked it and eat it in front of marg and the kids
He kept saying it was his pet then going yum yum as he took another bite ..

Undoubtedly Moe's lie detector test on "Who killed Mr Burns's part 2". Brilliant.

Guys , Thank you all for posting some great stuff...The Simpson's have broken so many records , most episodes , highest number of guest stars , longest running TV show and god knows what else
Did you know that Matt Groning (spelling) actually signed Homers head , have a look at his ear it's an M.G
Also his intention was always to create a show that was watched by ALL of the family so he made the format a cartoon with Bart as the "hero" figure for the nippers and designed the humor to appeal to the adults
LONG LIVE THE YELLOW GUYS
Homer:"Okay, we've got the secret vigilante handshake. Now, we need code names. I'll be Cue-ball, Skinner can be Eight-ball, Barney will be Twelve-ball, and Moe, you can be Cue-ball. "
Moe: "You're an idiot."
